[C38] 2013 Catalina 38 Nationals

Kerry, i have a Cat 38 (hull #9) next door in Emeryville, I'm not yet a
member and my boat is not yet race ready, however i would like to
participate in the national's.  I work in the chandelery at Svendsens. I
