[C38] Mark Noble

It is with great sadness that I report that Mark Noble has crossed the 
bar and is surfing down wind into eternity. Mark lost his long fight 
with cancer. He was racing his J105 a couple of weeks ago on wednesday 
night. Santa Barbara Yacht Club and the J105 and Catalina 38 fleets have 
lost one of our best. Mark is a former Catalina 38 National Champion.
