[C38] Macavity

Hi,
Macavity is hull number 365 - the last one sold. After the Jesusita Fire 
gave us extra funds we spent $50,000 re-rigging the boat with an 
adjustable bow sprit,  assymetric sails, new standing rigging, fuel tank 
and refrigerator. At the end of the year I am giving in to the realities 
of lightair Santa Barbara and selling Macavity and buying a J109. If you 
you know anyone looking for a 38 this is a great boat. My question to 
the fleet - what is a fair price for the boat? Joe/Maczvity
