[C38] PNW Fleet

Steve,
I am definitely in. I may not offer much in the way of competition but I
will give it my best shot for a good run around the buoys! We just picked
up our boat in August and its pretty much stock. Other than the 3ft of
smoke stack poking out of the cabin top for the diesel heater that the
previous owner installed (and that I will be removing). I have not
registered yet but I will before the May 5th cutoff date.
