[C38] Nationals

when I was commodore I put together one nationals but was unsuccessful
in getting enough boats for a NOOD regatta in San Diego. I found it
difficult putting a Cat 38 fleet together under the pressure of a NOOd
regatta. Only the people who have tried to put one of these regattas
together know how much wok is involved. These are the things that keep
our fleet alive and in the spotlight. This helps to hold up the value of
all of our boats. All I can say is good luck but do not expect much in
the way of help from most of the fleet. Joe/Macavity
