[C38] Mack Pack sail cover

Chuck I have the Stack pack has front cover which is good bird nesting, and
batten in pack good keeps it open when you need it. The lazy jacks are
higher again better for sail control but harder  raising with full battens.
Charles I will measure this weekend if you want?
