[C38] Keel bolt replacement

I've assumed it was the smile for the last couple of years, but I'm getting
frustrated that it keeps happening and I'm worried about the water getting
inside the crack (and any voids within) and making things worse with the
annual winter freeze. I tend to be offshore a lot...and don't want a
problem out there. Maybe I'm being too cautious.

I also thought the smile was a result of improperly supporting the keel
when it's on the hard, rather than it coming out of the water like that.I
had been considering a flexible joint (5200, etc) that could be painted,
when one yard questioned the integrity of the bolt embeddment in the keel
since the crack keeps coming back. So now I'm investigating this adventure.
