[C38] Keel bolt replacement

My experience after a grounding was similar to Steve's. You really
have to grind in deep and carefully fill to make the smile go away.
Our keels are seriously attached to the hull and the bolts are to be
honest a bit of overkill (not that I am complaining). I looked at
switching to a shoal keel a few years back as there are some locks into
the Seaway that are only 6 feet and I was contemplating a move to the
Caribbean. Removing the keel was such an effort that getting another
boat seemed a better idea.
Do note that the keel bolt you want to tighten is waaaay forward and you
may have only thought you were on the forward one. Look under the mast.
