[C38] Keel bolt replacement

Steven, honestly, it seems prettty normal.   The keel joint flexes a lot. 
Were I keep Estancia is very shallow, and in some very low tides during the year the keel sits on the bottom and the water line rises some inches. I have to do the same repair every now and then.  
It is that normal on this boats that this condition has a name!!!
If there is no water coming in from one of the bolts, I shouldn't worry. 
I did noticed during a repair (after grind to the keel) that there we voids in the 5200 bedding in the keel joint, so I filled this with 5200.  Then covered it with filler, and then fiberglass.
