[C38] exhaust riser

Hello David,

I also had trouble getting the hose back on the muffler.  If I remember, 
I think I greased the muffler nipple and then I used a very large 
Channel Lock type pliers inserted in the hose to spread the hose 
slightly which made an impossible problem possible.  If you don't have 
pliers large enough to spread the hose you could make a spreader tool by 
bolting two pieces of steel tubing together in an "X" to accomplish  the 
same thing.

The grease didn't seem to effect the connection once the hose was in place.
