[C38] Quarter berth knee knocker

Guess I need to be more descriptive. Right above the engine access cutout
is what I think is what Max is calling the fiberglass box inside the
quarter berth. Every time I turn over I hit my knees on it, That is what I
want to cut out. It will also be much easier to get at the transmission,
heat exchanger etc. any ideas or has anyone already done this?
