[C38] Motor mounts

Greetings, fellow Cat owners,
I'm thinking that changing out the motor mounts would help cure the heavy vibration during idle. Now this is a job I'm not going to do myself, but for time and cost purposes, I'd like to know if it's a bear of something less. 

Has anyone gone through this?
