[C38] 2003 and 2004 Nationals

Steve,

We did have a national regatta in 2004, and 
Lickety Split was the winner.    Not only can't I 
find the results, I found emails from 2005 asking 
the club (Shoreline Yacht Club) for a copy of the 
'04 results, but I cant find a response.
