[C38] Wind instrument wiring

Marc. I thought it was pretty easy to b honest. At the bottom of the mast is a little opening access point. Use that. I disconnected the old wind Instruments and sent a small retriever line up with old lines and sent the new lines down with that line. It was pretty easy.
