[C38] Electric windless

If you measure very carefully, you can mount the motor of a windlass
(Lofranz vertical axis) above the foot of the v berth and have the chain
fall onto the slope of the anchor locker.  I always opened the anchor
locker to make sure the chain didn't pile up when retrieving the anchor.
