[C38] Fixed Prop Spec's

I bought my Max Prop from PYI as well.  Great advice.  Please note that 
Max Soto went with a 16" max prop and loves it.   I chickened out after 
my mechanic and PYI said there was enough room but they wouldn't 
recommend it.
We shall see.
