[C38] Westerbeke 35B?

Just wondering if anyone has done this swap, I have an opportunity to pick up a low hours Westerbeke 35B three at a very good price to replace my Universal 5424, which is in need of a rebuild.

 According to the website the dimensions of the Westerbeke are 30.1 inches long, 17.14 wide and 21.24 inches tall. Mounting centers are are 14.56 or 16 inches. Any other dimensions that are critical to ensure that it will fit?
