[C38] Chain locker

This is sent from my phone and not sure how well you can see it, but the
exit hole is above the boot stripe. The zooming in.

It could be a previous owner reglassed the bow and redirected the drain,
but I wouldn't want that volume of water entering the boat just to get
pumped out.
