[C38] Anchor Chain locker

Thanks Chuck and Don, there is definitely no hole in the bow, so I am really unsure how the locker is supposed to drain. I assume based on your replies that the hole in the bow  should be in a straight line below the inside drain?  I will investigate further, it would be good to return to the original configuration.
 I was planning on installing both a windlass and a washdown pump, so thanks for the tips on that.
