[C38] Anchor Chain locker

Our boat is from 1982, hull 183. She had a tough life to this point, and we have been slowly bringing her back. Luckily she sits right next to the garage, so I can putter along whenever I have time. We hope to splash later this summer, but likely it will be next spring.
