[C38] looking at getting a C38 - what should i look for?

Thanks for the tips.  Yeah lots boat condos here who don't know you have to
do maintenance.. so has been a little disappointing search so far.  Hope to
go see the c38 this week, at least this one has indicators it's been used
for actual sailing!
