[C38] looking at getting a C38 - what should i look for?

Hi Thomas,

My HIN is also 11 digits and I am insured by Progressive so this should not
be a problem.
I also had trouble finding the HIN that was engraved on the top starboard
side of the transom (hidden by a sticker).
