[C38] Innerstay deck fitting

Hi everybody, do any of you have a permanent innerstay deck fitting installed on the bow?  (Not the adjustable one on a track that came with the spinnaker package). 
If so, could you please send some pics of it and what’s strengthening it below the deck?
Planning to install a removable Dyneema innerstay for the storm jib..
