[C38] Innerstay deck fitting

Hi Max,

I did this by mounting back-to-back padeyes on the deck at the aft end of
the chain locker, with a turnbuckle going down to a piece of 3/4 or 1 inch
plywood glassed to the hull with epoxy resin. There are enough layers of
fiberglass connecting the plywood to the hull and wrapped around it, so
that even if the plywood wasn't there, the fiberglass could take the load.
Where the turnbuckle goes through the bottom of the chain locker, I glued
in a PVC pipe cap with a hole in the end, and sealed around the turnbuckle
with butyl to allow some flexibility. See pics below.

By the way, I spoke with a rigger who recommended using Dux, rather than
Dyneema, to avoid the creep problems of Dyneema.
