[C38] Leak in storage area

That storage area is designed to be very much like a bathtub where water 
can only enter through the top.  Given you were heeled during your trip, 
I would suggest you have a leak in your tub! Probably around the aft 
area where the join is to the hull.  The tabbing in this area appears 
not to be structural and is pretty light.
