[C38] Control cables

Hi all. I think it's time for me to replace the control cables. It's hard
to move the throttle and shift handles. It's not the Delrin bushings.

What length is recommended? I have the original Universal 5424 engine and
an Edson binnacle.

Also, how much boat yoga do I need?
