[C38] floor cut cockpit locker .

Russ: I gotta get these photos to you.
I cut the floor completely out, gave up trying to engineer hinges to fold 
it back. The bungee yanks it up under the rail and I lean back against it . 
Take a deep breath before descending ( who designs these engine compartments?).
