[C38] PHRF Measurements

I generally oversimplify so I contribute with caution.

 

PHRF of the NW wants to know your actual spinnaker measurements.  The
spinnaker is measured at the mid girth as well as the foot.  The luff and
leach (SLE and SLU) are the same for a symmetrical spinnaker.  Since we use
a mast head spinnaker halyard, I and ISP are the same.

Im filling out my rating form and have been going over the dimension on the
web site and comparing them to the phrf definitions,  some things dont match
up, help please if you know:  SGF (Spinnaker foot lenght from tack to clew)
assuming the 27.9 listed on our site is the foot and not the leach, shouldnt
leach be the same as the luff 49.5? How about SGM (Spinnaker mid girth),
Also arent the I and ISP on our boats the same?  thanks.
