[C38] emergency tiller

My Cat is on the hook and I'm in the middle of putting a new bottom on my twenty year old wood skiff; so I can't get at the thing just now. The last time I went through this with Edson, trying to get a tiller casting for a '63 Cal 28, We ended up emailing back and forth about twenty times.  You should make careful measurements of the tiller head, particularly the pin hole size and location. Apparently, the molds have been reworked over the years and there are "old" and "new" versions of some of their parts.
