[C38] new props

William:  Here is a copy of the letter I received from KIWI USA along with 
the contact info. Dan is a great guy to visit with. The selling point for me 
was that the blades feather according to waterflow rather than shaft angle.

As per our conversation yesterday,
For your engine rated 24 hp @ 2800 with reduction  2:1 that will deliver
1400 shaft rpm.
We will recommend   16" x 21 deg Kiwiprop
