[C38] Steam Cleaner

Charles; The Edson pedestal uses four half inch Aluminum bolts instead of
stainless steel because they will corrode the aluminum. The previous owner
replaced them on Estancia, and I had to paint the pedestal because the paint
went off around each bolt.
