[C38] New Catalinas 38 owner: Boom Rigging

Welcome and congrats Alex before we we t to a rigid vang ours was  
setup with a cable coming from the mast head to a small block, a line  
was tied on the starboard aft side of the boom to a small padeye lead  
up to the block on the cable then down to the port side of the boom  
through another block lead forward and cleated toward the front of the  
boom
