[C38] New Catalinas 38 owner: Boom Rigging

We also just tweaked our outhaul to a 12:1 purchase and it now exits  
the bottom of the boom forward near the mast and is secured with a  
swivelling camcleat. Our mainsheet is secured aft boom starting with a  
double with a becket then to a triple on the traveller then forward to  
the mast through three singles at the mast lead to the deck and back  
to the port side of the cockpit
