[C38] Traveler Upgrade

Steve,
    We went with the Harken  straight track and used their risers which 
were adjustable easily for the deck curve. We added a 2 inch by 1/2 inch 
aluminum bar to bridge the hatch area. Harken blocks have very low 
friction and move under load Joe
