I have read in a few list serve post that a new shaft can be installed without dropping the rudder. Any tips on how to make it easier? Putting one in next week. Also I think I get the dumb award. When I asked about cutting out the locker floor, I finally figured out it is the other starboard side over the bunk. Duh!
