[C38] Cat 38 dues

All,

I will do anything to help organize anything we need done locally. I 
don't have a lot of contacts in marinas in the area but it looks like we 
have a couple people who do so. . . Any other kinds of things that need 
organizing, websitewise or groundwork, count me in.

I obviously will be attending and my father Charles will as well; 
boatless but attending.
