[C38] Found a good engine here- Is it too big???

I'm confused.  Is there anything wrong with a 3" exhaust other than having to replace the smaller existing exhaust system?

40hp sounds good, 3" exhaust doesn't. That said, if I had to choose I'd go for the fewer hours...don't want to do it again
