[C38] blister filling compound

I checked the Marine tex, the only problem is that at $400 per gallon, is
priced $250 more tan the 3M gallon, and about $300 more  than the System
Three...
That's a huge difference, and I think that I need around two gallons, just
in case, for blisters and hull fairing....
So, $800 is out of the question.... With the other products I can save $500,
which will help me a lot with all my projects....
