[C38] Throttle cable and rudder cable

Patrivk,

Here's another  Edson maunal that you will find useful in order to figure
out what went wrong with  your steering system. All of it can be serviced
with the boat on the water, unless the rudder has to be removed, which can
also be removed while on the water.

Your insurance guy told you that there were some problems with the
quadrant, have you figure out what's the real problem??
There are just a few things that can fail on the steering system, and all
of them are very easy to replace. The awful part is that it has to be done
inside what I call the dark side of the boat....
