Larry:
We use an asym with sock. Our sock has a robust short snotter passing
through the top of the sock. The spinnaker halyard attaches to the
shackle on end of the snotter that is on the outside of the sock. The
asym head attaches to the shackle on the end of the snotter that is
inside the sock.
