[C38] Transmission Shift problem

Patrick, I gradually lost the ability to shift last year and came in hot to
a dock where 5 people caught me just before running over a Lindberg 28
(which was one of my key competitors). Anyway, the cause was that the U
bracket that holds the shift cable to the angle iron arm at the back of the
transmission was loose so that the cable had no purchase.  I tightened the
two bolts and haven't had a problem since.
