[C38] Boom Furling

Hello again

Thanks to all of you who have helped me change my mind. I've decided that
the $12K boom furler + $2K winch (both installed) plus the $8K new sail
(not Dacron) is not worth it. Now looking at lazy jacks and installing a
second reef line. Money's going elsewhere.
