[C38] Racor fuel filters in evidence

[Max Soto]

I installed my Racor before the Facet fuel pump. 
This way the fuel pump will get cleaner diesel. 
It was installed the other way around, and it made no sense to me. Now I has it installed as per the Catalina 38 diagram, and have worked great for the last four years.
