Chuck,
I talked with Hans at Berkeley Yacht Club about hosting our event again. They are having a scheduling meeting Feb. 7, he will let me know what they can do.
Do you think we would attract more boats if we had a more casual day sail and a get together afterwards? A one day event or a two day weekend?
Strict class rules would disqualify both Harp and Dulcinea. We have been working on our boats and have replaced the required 2 six foot jib tracks , we with two short pieces where we need them and Dulcinea with one long curved track.
We had a well tended event in 2013 on Memorial Day weekend but only Thera and Harp attended in 2014, so Ray and I did just one race on Saturday and spent Sunday comparing boats, which was interesting.
Any thoughts from others?
Would Long Beach consider a day sail and get together?

I have sent a note out to the principle organizers in San Francisco to see if they are interested. And yes Linda and Mike you will be part of that team!
